Mitchell Real Estate Investing, LLC is in the business of investing in commercial and residential multi-family residences, trailer parks and raw land. We then rent the space out to families at reasonable, affordable prices.
We also specialize in investing in communities by buying, renovating and selling property, to providing rental homes for families at affordable rates.
We are an Orlando, Florida-based company that brings value to underserved communities by investing in them and providing stability, security, and a sense of pride for those who may not have otherwise had the opportunity to own a home or have a stable rental space.
Investing in these communities can also have a ripple effect, as it can attract other businesses and investments that can further improve the area and its economy.
Additionally, it can help to combat issues such as homelessness and gentrification, which can have negative consequences for lower-income residents.
At 15 years old, our CEO and Founder, Katrina D. Mitchell, found herself pregnant and too scared to tell anyone. Four weeks into the pregnancy, she was under the assumption she had a miscarriage. She later found out she was eight months pregnant and was being prepped for a labor induction. Katrina’s son was born premature, however by the grace of God, he was healthy.
For the first ten years of her son’s life, Katrina was not able to provide a stable home for him. As a mother, reminiscing on how that made her feel drives her ambition and passion to carve a path for families to stable and affordable homes. She also strives to create financial freedom and generational wealth for her and her family.
